Very soon I expect to hit 199.8 or less on some sort of verified weigh-in (either Healthy Wage or DietBet). When that happens, I get 3 points for every Democratic presidential candidate from tonight’s debate who is still running an active campaign at that point. And I get 1 point for each candidate NOT in the debates who is still in.
The ones in the debate are: Biden, Booker, Buttigieg, Castro, Harris, Klobuchar, O’Rourke, Sanders, Warren, Yang.
The ones who are not in the debate are de Blasio, Gabbard, Steyer, Williamson, and about 29 others–I’m not sure who’s quit and who hasn’t.
What are the points worth? Superdelegate votes? They should be. But I don’t run things over at the DNC.
