The Benefits of Pattern Recognition—A Kickstarter Saved

I don’t have the convo anymore but Sydney Torres (Syd Journey) had set up her next DietBet Kickstarter to begin October 13.

It was a Sunday, which struck me as funny because when I did my $30 comparo post I noticed that her Kickstarters tended to start on Mondays—and typically one week after the previous one ended.

October 13 would have been the last day for the Kickstarter going on now (which I am in, and has over 1,000 players). That’s a problem for anyone in there who is in two other Kickstarters (as I am): three is the max at any one time, and anyone maxed out couldn’t join this one.

So last night I commented about the Sunday date and that it wasn’t consistent with past history. Then I went to bed. Next morning I see the post updated like you see in the screenshots.

So glad I could have helped you, Syd!

Here is the link to the October Kickstarter if you want to join. It’s $30 like the other ones—the cost of a few bags of candy corn.

Steer clear of the Halloween candy—those have some of the crappiest calories you can absorb—and help get this one north of 1,000 players.

(On the other hand, walking around with your kids trick-or-treating burns off a lot of calories. So definitely do that!)
