NEW! HealthyWager Walkthrough

The website has been updated! If you launch a new HeathyWager, here are the steps you have to take.

When you go to healthywage.com or click on somebody’s referral link (like this one), you get this:

Click on Calculate Prize and you get this:

So you pick your weight pledge, your time, and your monthly payment. Click Continue and you get:

This looks different than what is was week, but it is functionally the same.

Select a gender and you go to this:

Last week, you went to the height entry screen first (before the weight entry screen).

Also last week, there was color highlighting corresponding to the gender you had entered (pink for female, blue for male) and gender-specific background. I miss that. Oh well.

So I enter the weight…

… then I click Ok …

Hi, Tessa! We are treated to Tessa’s story and have to click through it to get to the next data entry screen.

I wrote about Tessa before. She made a sucker bet—she could have won more money for a much smaller investment. But I’m glad she’s getting featured in the new HealthyWager sequence! Perhaps some of the other winners will be featured here in the future.

Click on Got It and we get:

That’s all the data required for the calculator to work. But now Healthy Wage is requiring you to click through some more promotional stuff and survey questions.

It starts with this:

I guess if you want to enter “money” you have to type it in.

Next:

Ahhh… in case you said money wasn’t important to you, they throw the dough right in your face.

Health? Pain relief? Longevity? Self-confidence? Forget about all that—it’s all about the money, don’t you know?

Finally! We can calculate!

On this screen, you see all the media outlets that have featured Healthy Wage in the past. I couldn’t capture any of them, but click on the videos below and you will see them.

This is where I enter my fake-news email address for my what-if studies.

And finally we get to the prize offers!
