Disclaimer: I got reimbursed by Renpho for doing this. I now have two Renpho scales. The new one is a backup to the original one I got.

This is the ES-26R. It is a bathroom scale that can communicate via Bluetooth to a smartphone.
This scale is 10.5 by 10.5 inches square. It is smaller than the ES-20M I got last Easter, which is 11 by 11 inches. They both weigh the same.
The ES-20M has the capability of measuring body resistance and will figure out your fat percentages for you. I don’t know how accurate it is but I have been losing fat as well as weight since Easter.

The metrics below are available with the ES-20M that has the body-resistance measurement capability.

Generally, things have been trending more favorably over time. I have lost a lot of weight since spring—but I have been losing more fat then muscle, which is what I want.
I haven’t been lifting a lot, either. I have been eating lots of protein. I will try to lift more in the future. Right now I am doing some StepBets and a RunBet to keep away from being sedentary.
The data that these scales capture can be loaded into fitness trackers. Any applications that use fitness tracker data will in turn be updated.
For Healthy Wage and DietBet, the red letters in the display show up well in the images and videos required for weight verification. Note: you only get weight displayed right on the scale— the other metrics appear in the Renpho app.
